Inkers averaged $~110/page. Colourists averaged $~105/page. Artists who cover more than one roll will on average earn more, but will rarely be earning the 'total' that three different team members would cost. An all-in-one artist might earn $250/page at the pro level if they don't have name recognition behind them.

I pull 20ish books at any given time mostly Image with a couple Boom and Dark Horse titles thrown in. Between breaks, hiatus, and delays it usually hovers around $45 a month. Every so often I will buy a run off ebay or some Marvel keys and grails or for my silver age collection so maybe another $1000 on top of that spread across the year.
