Fredericksburg Wineries. The Texas Hill Country is home to over 100 wineries and vineyards and Fredericksburg, TX is the epicenter of Texas Wine Country. There are more than 60 wineries, vineyards, and wine tasting rooms located in Fredericksburg's Gillespie County -- not to mention dozens more wineries located within an hour or two drive.
- Barons Creek Vineyards. Barons Creek is located off Highway 290 (also known as Wine Road 290) near Fredericksburg. This winery has several tasting rooms which can accommodate large group reservations or walk-ins, depending on the season.
- Becker Vineyards. Becker Vineyards has two locations, the primary 10,000 square foot facility is situated between Fredericksburg and Stonewall, on Becker Farms Road, and the newest site, a tasting room on Main Street in Fredericksburg.
- Fiesta Winery 290. Whether you are visiting the Highway 290 location or walking down East Main Street in Fredericksburg, this winery and tasting room is a must-visit for anyone in the area.

- Becker Vineyards. Established in 1992, Becker Vineyards is one of the oldest wineries in the Hill Country and the third-largest in Texas. Its 46 acres are filled with vineyards, lavender fields, and a reproduction late 19th-century German stone barn that houses the tasting room.
- Augusta Vin. In an ideal spot off State Highway 16, Augusta Vin offers vineyard views for days. From its two-story tasting room, it feels like you can see the entirety of the Hill Country awash in vines.
