There are lot of hints, that you have to take care, to reach the final count of the crew: More than a dozen died as Voyager got pulled in Delta Quadrant (“Nightingale”). So at least 13 people died.
Oct 3, 2016 · There's an easy-to-find list of casualties on Memory Alpha, with a specific section for Voyager. There are 27 on-screen deaths and directly below that are five bullet points with off-screen deaths. I've counted both the "astrogation department" and "entire medical staff" as two (or more) each, making the number of off-screen deaths 15 or more.
Since Voyager had a finite crew where people couldn't leave every week since they were in the Delta Quadrant, is there a list of how many crew members died in each episode? Besides Neelix/Kes, Voyager picked up some new crew members along the way like at least 20 Maquis members, 7 of 9, Naomi Wildman, the Borg children, and at least 5 members of the Equinox crew.

So now there should be at most 131 - 133 crew members left. This is consistent with "In the flesh" where there seem to be 127 people on board. Latent Image Ensign Ahni Jetal died of a neural disruption weapon or so. Actually, this happened 1.5 years earlier, so she should have been included in the previous body count. Quite confusing.
