I've been organizing my CC like this since the game launched in 2014. General Overview. Everything has a place! This means I can take folders out one at a time to test which makes troubleshooting bad CC much easier. New CC and Mods always go into a testing folder (with subfolders) called New CC.
- Any time you have a problem with mods or CC and you make any changes to your Mods folder it's a good idea to delete the localthumbcache.package file from your Sims 4 folder. This should clear any bad data from your game cache.
