Sannoh Hoodlum Squad or Sannoh Rengokai (山王連合会 San'nō Rengō-kai) is a biker gang formed by former Mugen members, Cobra and Yamato. Sannoh Hoodlum Squad are the protectors of Sannoh Shopping District. Their base of operation is ITOKAN Diner, an old restaurant established by the late Tatsuya.
After the disbandment of the legendary Mugen, its remaining members Cobra and Yamato, founded Sannoh Rengokai for their childhood friend, Noboru. He's been sent to prison and this gang serves as the place that he can always return to. They have known each other for many years.
