I'm looking into SFO as it seems very well regarded within the community but really struggling to find anywhere a summary of what the mod changes /what it's aims are for the overhaul. I've had a look through their workshop page and website but all I can find are 10+ page long complete lists of changes.

But if you’re someone who is bored of the base game or just wishes that it had more content, well, you’re in luck.
