I received bills on 1st September, 1st December, 2nd January and 1st March. In October, November and February, I received messages that they didn't require a meter reading, and would inform me when rhey did.

"We will be transferring across your direct debit, your balance and your tariff to the new system during this time so you don't need to worry, you'll see all your account information over the next 3-4 weeks roughly when it's all been switched across.
