Obtaining the S-Rank in Resident Evil 3 is the ultimate victory. Here's how to get the S-Rank in all modes of the game and what requirements you'll need to meet in order to do it in Resident Evil 3's remake on PlayStation 4, PC, and Xbox One.
•Assisted S-Rank Requirements: Beat the game in 2.5 hours without saving more than 5 times (does not count auto-saving).
•Standard S-Rank Requirements: Beat the game in 2 hours without saving more than 5 times (does not count auto-saving).
•Hardcore S-Rank Requirements: Beat the game in 1 hour and 45 minutes without saving more than 5 times (does not count auto-saving).
•Nightmare S-Rank Requirements: Beat the game in 2 hours without saving more than 5 times (does not count auto-saving).
Aug 21, 2022 · You will need to complete the game in less than 2 hours in order to get the S rank. Avoid any unnecessary combat and speedrun through the shortest course. Using the Shop feature to acquire key items well in advance will help tremendously to shorten the time needed.
Nov 8, 2023 · You can use whatever weapon you want. It does not affect the rank. All you need to do, is to beat the game in 2 hours or less while saving 5 times or less.
After taking a break I decided to finish up my nightmare S rank run. I did use shop items like the coins and rocket launcher for final nemesis. I struggled a bit at the rocket launcher chase sequences because nemesis is a lot faster.

You can take advantage of autosaves on Assisted, Standard, Hardcore and Nightmare so use that rather than saves. You don’t get that advantage on Inferno, however.
