Yes, Bedrock v1.17.2 is before 1.17.10 (1.17.2 is already out for Bedrock Edition -> https://feedback.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/articles/4403547028237-Minecraft-1-17-2-Bedrock-). I don't believe there's any ETA for 1.17.10's release though...
