Child Dependants Allowance (CDA): Student Journey Create and register an account on the Learning Support Fund Application System (LSFAS). You apply for CDA through the LSFAS, sending the required supporting evidence with the coversheet to Learning Support Fund (CDA), Student Services, Ridgway House, Northgate Close, Middlebrook, Bolton, BL6 6PQ.
