STEP 1. Access the Council’s website at www.cdacouncil.org. At the top right corner, under YourCouncil, click CDA Candidate. yellow column, click RESET PASSWORD. reset password screen, enter the email address on file with the Council.

We highly recommend applying for CDA renewal online. You will be able to upload your documents directly into your online application, submit payment electronically and track your progress. Follow the instructions below to access your online YourCouncil account:
CDA Candidates: As a candidate that holds a CDA credential or that has previously applied, you already have an online account created for you in YourCouncil. To access your account: Click “Forgot Your Password”. Enter the current email address the Council has on file for you.
