Sister Act 2: Back in the Habit is a 1993 American musical comedy film, directed by Bill Duke, and released by Touchstone Pictures. It is the sequel to the 1992 film Sister Act, and is loosely based on the life of Crenshaw High School choir instructor Iris Stevenson.
I just watched both for the first time in 15+ years, and I realized that almost all of my favorite parts were in #2. I've seen a lot of comments about how bad the sequel was and it has a 19% on Rotten Tomatoes vs I think 79% for the original.
