NAB is the least user-friendly bank I have ever encountered. I am helping my elderly father-in-law transferring money from his NAB account to a UK account. We asked NAB to increase the international transfer limit on his account. We spoke to a NAB employee who said he did. Then NAB blocked my father-in-law's internet banking acccess.

Personally I've had a really good experience with NAB that even my partner ended up joining. The people in the branch were super friendly. Signing up was easy and any minor issues with cards were sorted out in less than 5 minutes in branch. Never had a problem with the mobile app and everything works as expected :) 1.
