Nov 17, 2023 · A User ID, also known as a username, is a unique identifier that allows you to access your online banking account. It is a combination of characters, usually chosen by the user, which serves as your digital signature when logging into your account.
You’ll need to register first, here’s how: Enter your personal details, and the details for one of your TSB accounts. Create your unique user ID and password, then review our terms and conditions. We’ll then verify your ID, we can either do this by phone or post.
Configure the following settings in Internet Explorer 8 (IE8) to make sure that user id and passwords are saved.

Remember me: Remember Me To make logging on easier you can choose to save your user ID on your computer so you won't need to enter it each time you come back to the site.
Do they send out online reg details as part of your first application or have you got to do it all manually (initiate it yourself)? I know some banks do it as part of the registration & i can't remember what TSB said.

The easiest way to reset your password is through our Mobile Banking App. First, click on the 'forgotten your details' link from the log on page. We will need your user ID, along with some personal information to identify you. If you don't know your user ID, don't worry, we can ask for some account information instead!
