Toy Bonnie sports a red bow tie, black button nose, whisker spots, and buck teeth, unlike his original counterpart, similar to that of a stereotypical rabbit. His eyes appear articulated, as if he can move them freely. In a paranormal manner, his pupils grow smaller the closer he gets to the player.
Vain and Theatrical: Toy Bonnie’s mannerisms indicate a sense of pride in his appearance. He frequently stares directly at the camera with a smug, almost self-satisfied expression, as if he’s aware of the attention he garners.
Toy Bonnie now has green eyes that Bonnie lacked from the first game. Toy Bonnie's ears are slightly different from Bonnie and Withered Bonnie. There was a debate on Toy Bonnie's gender due to a feminine appearance.

Toy Bonnie is formerly one of the event-exclusive animatronics in Five Nights at Freddy's AR: Special Delivery who appeared from January 24th, 2020 to 29th. He became available as a permanent addition to the game on July 16, 2020. Toy Bonnie's behavior in Special Delivery is similar to Toy Chica.
