Aug 6, 2019 · Google Forms lets you collect information from people via personalized quizzes or surveys. You can then connect the info to a spreadsheet on Sheets to automatically record the answers. The spreadsheet then populates with the responses from the quiz or survey in real-time.

Feb 3, 2024 · The responses to the surveys are stored automatically and can be accessed with ease, providing a comprehensive overview of the collected data. Google Forms also boasts seamless integration with Google Sheets, enabling users to further dissect and examine their data.
- Create your questions. First, create your questions. For a short form, such as a web contact form that gathers an email address, name, and message, you can likely draft your questions directly in a Google Form.
- Create your form. To turn your form into a quiz, choose the sprocket in the upper right (to the left of the Send button), select the “Quizzes” tab, and move the slider to “Make this a quiz.”
- Send your form. When you’re ready to accept responses, select the “Send” button in the upper right. Then choose from one of six ways to share your form: Email, a link, an embed code (for display on a web page), Google+, Facebook, or Twitter.
- Receive and review responses. You can review responses at least three different ways. On the “Responses” tab in the form, you can view either a summary of responses or see each individual response.
Jan 9, 2024 · Once you've created and shared the form, you don't need to do anything extra to store respondents' answers in Google Forms. Click Responses to view individual responses, summary lists and graphs of responses, and an option to send an email reminder to anyone who still needs to complete the form.

- Customize Your Theme. To make your form stand out, customize its theme by clicking on the palette icon and choosing colors, header images, and font styles that align with your brand or event.
- Add Sections. Organize your form by dividing it into sections. This makes it easier for respondents to navigate through the form, especially if it’s long or covers multiple topics.
- Use Logic Jumps. Conditional logic, or "logic jumps," allows you to direct respondents to different sections based on their answers, providing a personalized form-filling experience.
Jan 11, 2022 · If you want to create a Google Form with some answers already filled in, you can do this and send a unique link to your respondents. Rather than creating forms that are only slightly different, just use the prefill option.
Apr 19, 2021 · How to Show Answers in a Google Form. The answers are collected in a second tab on the same page in which the form is created. There are the options to see the answers in a Summary, by question in the Question tab, or by respondent in the Individual tab.
