  1. Weapon Types: From all my reload speed testing, I was able to derive a formula to calculate the reload speed of a weapon given the weapon type and reload stat. The general formula is: Reload Speed = a * Reload Stat ^ 2 + b * Reload Stat + c. The “a”, “b”, and “c” values are different for every weapon type.

  4. If you hold reload down before unscoping after a shot it doesn't need to reload all 4 bullets, it'll just go straight into a Honed Edge x4 provided you have the bullets available. So standing in a Lunafaction Rift/Well or standing behind a Rally Barricade increases your reload speed to what you see in that video and so long as you don't stop holding reload after every shot it's fast.
