You should focus on simply dodging until he does his Icy Roar, where he opens his mouth and sucks in energy and beetles spawn. If you hit him in his mouth with an arrow while he's charging it up, he gets stunned for about 10 seconds and loses his resistances as well. That lets you do a bunch of damage.
You must dig through these area's to get into the castle without the key! then walk to the back of the castle gates to get him to aggro. you will hear him land outside. move away from the gate to the back of the castle and let him kill you!
The portals will take you directly to the entrance of the Sepulcher, and if you look back, you will notice that the path that once led to the Pilgrim's Path now has a portal which will take you directly to the Inner Sanctum.

To cross the bridge, pass under it and then proceed up the ramp to the right. An empty tent is on the near side, and a lootable skeleton is on the bridge. On the far side is a fenced gated compound and three occupied Falmer hives on the chamber walls.
