Jul 14, 2024 · Introduction: With the upcoming changes in 1.4.5 (like hoppers and such) I wanna put out this guide to help players make actually efficient AFK farms. I will be starting with a basic cavern AFK farm and will show other AFK farms at the bottom of the post. Gathering the Materials:
- Fully Renewable
- Becoming Non Renewable as The Game Progresses
- Plentiful But Finite
- Chlorophyte Ore
- Non Renewable
In Terraria, an item or block is considered "renewable" if it can be created indefinitely within a single world.
Some items may be renewable in a new world, but they become non renewable as the game progresses: 1. Gray Zapinator is renewable from the Traveling Merchant pre-Hardmode after any Boss kill, but it is replaced by Orange Zapinatorin Hardmode. 2. All pre-Hardmode crates are replaced by their Hardmode versions, thus making them non renewable in Hardmo...
While these resources have a technical limit and cannot be grown naturally, the abundance of these in a world makes them very easy to obtain in very large amounts. 1. Most Soil types created with the world. This includes Clay, Silt, Slush, Desert Fossil, Hardened Sand, Sandstone, Ice, Thin Ice, Ash, and Marble. This extends to items created from th...
Tiles of Chlorophyte ore can spread to nearby Mud Blocks, allowing farming. On the PC version, Console version, Mobile version, and tModLoader version, Dirt Bombscan be used to duplicate Dirt and, by extension, Mud Blocks, allowing for infinite Chlorophyte Ore farming. Chlorophyte will only naturally appear in Hardmode Underground Jungles, but the ...

This includes furnishings and materials from several fixed structures, notably the Dungeon, the Jungle Temple and the Underworld's Ruined Houses, and Ch...
Use background walls to completely cover inside the farm to prevent enemy spawns and allow for torches to be placed without blocking plant growth. It is worth considering making this farm far away from the actual Jungle.
Apr 1, 2016 · An AFK Mob Farm is a simple concept that allows you to amass a hoard of items with little to no effort. These are good for collecting Ankh Shield and Cell Phone components as most are dropped from mobs. How do AFK Mob Farms work?
A Mimic farm is much easier to build in prehardmode even though it doesn't work until hardmode. Digging a long horizontal tunnel near the Underworld (hell) is a great way to get easy access to hardmode ores right away. Just a Spelunker potions and off you go to mostly hassle free ore.
Oct 21, 2013 · You can do this by putting a lava pit right above you about 5 blocks wide. Make it deeper than 7 blocks so that mobs won't jump out. With this setup, you'll continually pick up all of the dropped money and you'll pick up items until your inventory fills up as well. Then when you return you can just deposit those and collect the rest.
