Jun 22, 2015 · Rinse your Blackberries in cool water. Let sit on colander to drain. Combine Sugar and Clear-Jel in a large stainless steel pot. Add the water or juice (whichever one you are using) and cook over medium high heat until mixture thickens and starts to bubble.
Remove from heat and fold in fresh blackberries. In 10 hot clean jars ladle pie filling in, leave a one inch head space in each jar and secure hot lids. Process in hot water bath for 30 minutes. By Tracy @ Our Simple Homestead.
