Aug 24, 2023 · I first went to the email page and put the email addresses in, answered the security questions and changed the passwords. So my old email accounts are somewhere on BT. I can't log in using IMAP or SMTP/POP3 from my email program.
You can view your email from the menu bar at www.bt.com by selecting the email link (top right hand of the page) and logging in with your email address (ending @btinternet.com, @btopenworld.com or @talk21.com) and password. Or you can type bt.com/mail as a quick link.
