Yokai Cam is a function that appears on the game’s main title screen upon finishing up Chapter 2 of the story, where you can take pictures of real-life people’s faces and see the Yokai inspiriting them.

Go onto settings at the bottom there should be a camera option select use device camra
The Yo-kai Cam can be accessed in Yo-kai Watch via the title screen, while in Yo-kai Watch 2, it is available as an application for the Yo-kai Pad. It allows the player take pictures of peoples' faces and find Yo-kai inspiriting them, be it in real life or over the Internet.
