An administrator controls FortiClient upgrades for you. See EMS and automatic upgrade of FortiClient. Depending on the EMS configuration, you may be able to schedule the installation and/or reboot time. FortiClient upgrades only require a system reboot when it requires a driver upgrade.

Aug 22, 2021 · You can find the FC installers on the support site (support.fortinet.com). You need to have an account there, though. Then, in 'support', 'firmware' you will find the 'FortiClient' folder, with all (a lot of) different versions.
During a FortiClient upgrade to 5.6.4, FortiClient installs the same features that were previously installed. If you want to install different features, you must uninstall the previous version of FortiClient, and install FortiClient5.6.4 with the desired features.
