  6. Jun 8, 2022 · I am unable to wipe the device using the standard procedure. "Settings -> Security and Privacy -> Security Wipe" will ask for BBID password, but nothing happens on "verify". A wrong password is rejected (and failed attempts count up to 10). "BlackBerry Protect anti-theft feature is on.
