   • Our NTW3 mod does not overwrite any files so look through the data folder and remove any remaining files or folders with NTW3 attached to it. Also the NTW3_v71 SP Campaign does not alter the minister traits, they have the original vanilla settings so I'm not sure were that problem came from

Unfortunately Darthmod overwrites the original ntw vanilla files when it installs, that's why the NTW3 mod did not work properly. It happens here too, after I uninstall NTW3, whenever I open the game I can still see NTW3 logo before the cinematics, instead of the Sega/Total War logo.    One of the options is "Restore vanilla files". Also, you can manually delete all the NTW3_* files contained in ./Napoleon Total War/data. Perhaps those are the files I couldn't delete. The last time I uninstalled the Lordz Mod (which btw, I enjoyed thoroughly), the restore to Vanilla didn't work correctly.
