Apr 23, 2024 · If you’re in a situation where you don’t have a tracking number, many of the major package delivery companies now have free tools that allow you to track your package online without one. To use these tools, you have to visit the company’s website and register for an account.
To track your package: Enter a tracking number, Delivery Notice Card number, or reference number in the Tracking numbers box. To track more than one package, press Enter and add another number. Press the Track button to view your results. Track your package now.
You can use either your barcode or reference number along with the shipper number/ destination postal code. Insert them to the tracking bar on the Canpar website or Parcel Monitor website to track your parcel in Canada. In addition, you can find your Canada tracking number in your delivery notice.
Tracking packages coming to Canada. Find the latest location and status of your package using Track (if you have a tracking number). If the status doesn’t appear in Track, contact the sender and ask them to investigate with their country’s postal administration.
Where to find your tracking number. If you sent a package through Priority™, Xpresspost™, or Regular Parcel™ with delivery confirmation, the tracking number will be at the bottom of your tracking receipt.
Provide parcel tracking. Add tracking to your website and let customers track their purchase.
What you can do. Double check your emails for a shipping confirmation from the merchant or sender as that often includes the tracking number or a link for tracking. Contact the sender to get the tracking number again.
