Dec 15, 2023 · Solution. From the login page, click on the Forgot Password link. Enter the email address associated with your account and click “ Submit.” You will see a confirmation message as seen below. Find the password reset email in your inbox. If you don’t find the email, make sure to check your spam folder. Click on the “ Reset my password ” button.
Aug 20, 2023 · No one else is able to access their password information. This is for their security. We have created a Custom Field with the password we assigned the student so that we can pass along the password to Clever and Google. An added benefit is that when the student needs their password reset, we can reset it to what it was originally. Hope this helps!
