Since you mentioned that the phone number linked to your account is no longer in use, it would not be possible to reset your password using a verification code. In that case, I would suggest filling the automated recovery form to gain access to your account.
The online learning space login details are separate from your St John Ambulance account details. You will need to create an account at https://etraining.sja.org.uk/ using the 'Register here for free' link. If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it using the "need assistance? Reset your password link" on https://etraining.sja.org.uk/.

Feb 27, 2020 · If you have enrolled a student in a Blended Learning class, but the students does not receive the email, advise the student to go to www.redcrosslearningcenter.org. Click the forgot password/password reset link. Reset the password to logon. The class should appear on the student’s Home page. UPDATE: This issue has been resolved.
