Resetting a BBMS password is a two-step process. First, reset the password on Blackbaud.com and then within Raiser's Edge. Reset the password on Blackbaud.com. Log into www.blackbaud.com and select View my account. Under Reset Passwords, select BBMS.
To reset passwords for a BBMS account, select Reset Password next to the account whose password you wish to reset. Once you acknowledge that you understand you will need to reset the passwords in products connected to the account, you can then select to receive an email with a secure link to reset the password.
