If you don’t have access to the email address or mobile phone number associated with your Facebook account — maybe because you were hacked and your password was changed, or you lost or forgot them — try these steps to recover your account:
You’ll need to have a different mobile phone number or email address added to your account to reset your password if you ever need to. If you're still having trouble, we can help you recover your account .
Confirm your phone and phone number. Go to facebook.com/login/identify. Type the phone number associated with your account and tap Search. Select the account you want to recover. You will see a prompt that says Confirm via Phone Call. Below that, tap Continue.
Get back into your account if you're being asked to do a security check. Log in to Facebook and follow the instructions to confirm your identity. If you can't remember your Facebook password, you can request a new password.
