If you can access your account email or phone, learn how to reset your password. If you suspect your account was hacked, visit facebook.com/hacked on a device you’ve used to log into Facebook before.
Reset Your Password. To reset your password if you're not logged in to Facebook: Go to the Find Your Account Page. Type the email, mobile phone number, full name or username associated with your account, then click Search. Follow the on-screen instructions.
If you requested a new password but didn't receive your password reset email: Check the spam or junk mail folder in your email accounts linked to your Facebook account. Try to reset your password again.
Get back into your account if you're being asked to do a security check. Log in to Facebook and follow the instructions to confirm your identity. If you can't remember your Facebook password, you can request a new password.
