  2. Dec 13, 2023 · My Touch Screen on my HP-15ay041wm Laptop was working up to recently. However after a Window's update the Touch Screen stopped working. I checked the Device Manager, HID and there is no Touch Screen Name listed that I could update the Drivers or reinstall the Drivers.
