Aug 27, 2022 · I almost got what I wanted by creating a local account and then logging into my xbox app directly, but then it also adds my email to windows and enables the one click login on Edge. I am able to select "apps need to ask me to use this account", however, it can easily be toggled right back without a password, letting Edge do the same.

Sep 22, 2020 · As you says email & accounts is not an option, you can sign out the profile as a workaround. When you sign out the profile, it will ask you to sign in like this. Then you can sign in with the account you want. Or you can try to remove the profile which having problem and made a new one to see if the issue still persists.
