Step 1 Battery. Hold the phone with the back facing you. Press the silver tab down and remove the cover. Add a comment. Step 2. Pull up on the top edge of the battery to remove it. Add a comment. Step 3 SIM Card. Push and slide the bottom-most metal SIM card cover to the left and up to unlock it. Remove the SIM card.
Remove the SIM card by sliding it out of the black tray. Insert the replacement SIM card with the gold plated side with lines facing down. Fold the black tray down with the SIM card in and push forward until the tray "slides" into place.
