Try logging in to your EA Account right here on EA Help using your connected platform account where you play your EA games. Go to the EA Account login page. Choose to log in with your PlayStation Network account, Xbox Live account, Steam account, Apple ID, Facebook account, or Google account.
If you’ve bought games from our store or played an EA game online with your platform, you should already have an EA account. Try logging in to see if you're already signed up. If you aren’t sure what email to use, try the email address you use for your Nintendo, PlayStation™Network, or Xbox account.
You can join EA Play on PC through the EA app, ea.com, Steam, or Epic. If you’re a member of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate or Xbox Game Pass for PC, EA Play on PC is included with your membership. You’ll need to download the EA app to use EA Play via your Xbox Game Pass membership.
Go to your EA Account and sign in using the EA Account details you used to join EA Play. From the options on the left, choose EA Play . You’ll find information on your EA Play membership and membership type here (EA Play or EA Play Pro).

Log in on EA Help or look in your settings to find your EA Account data, like your order history, Game Library, and cases. You can view a lot of your EA Account data on help.ea.com or in your settings.
