May 2, 2019 · Select "PS3HEN" and then select "HEN Installer (Alternate)". After loading, there will be instructions on the screen. I have listed them below so you do not have to remember them. Close browser. Open "Remote Play" and quit immediately. Use the new icon to download and install the HEN pkg. Reboot after installation finishes.

My suggestion is to: 1.Reinstall the firmware you are currently on so you dont have to delete anything else and probably mess up something else and then reinstall HEN. note: If you cant install the firmware normally go install it from the recovery/safe mode. 2.If reinstalling the firmware doesnt work, go into recovery/safe mode and go with "Restore File System" 3.Try Rebuilding Database too. 4 ...
