- You can request replacement cards by clicking the account icon on the top right hand side of the app. Click on the support section, from here click 'Order Nectar card' and then 'Replacement Nectar card'. Nectar will issue you a new card number which you'll need to re-link to anywhere your card was previously linked.

If your Nectar card is lost or damaged, you can request a replacement card in the Nectar app or online. In the meantime, you can continue using the digital card, which lives in your Nectar app. How to do this online at Nectar.com
First, make sure you have registered your card online via nectar.com or the Nectar App. Then log into your account and check your card activity in the Activity tab. If the issue is unresolved, use Nectar helpline live chat at nectar.com or phone 0344 811 0811.
