    New College welcomes everyone and we want our disabled visitors to have a great experience with us. We offer free entry to companions or carers of disabled visitors. The disabled guests pays the reduced concession admission fee upon entry (carer/companion free).

    New College is a place of study all year round. Please therefore do not enter staircases, college rooms, or areas marked as private. The Cloisters, Hall, Chapel and Gardens are fully accessible (access to the hall is via a lift) but please be aware that our grounds have uneven surfaces.

    Dogs, except guide dogs, are not allowed in the college
    Please do not walk on the grass or picnic in the grounds
    CCTV is in use throughout the grounds
  2. The main entrance is on Holywell Street and is step free. There is an alternative entrance on New College Lane that is also step free. New College has a large site with five quads and gardens - there is step free access around most of the site.

  4. The main attraction on this little lane is the Bridge of Sighs which connects two parts of Hertford College. Apart from that there isn't really a lot to see but it's more about the atmosphere of Oxford and the sense of history all around.
