If you can't remember what email address you have linked with your Epic Games account, there are a few things that you can do to remember it. If you are logged into your account, you can go to your Account Management page by going to https://www.epicgames.com/account/personal/.

Log in to the EA app using your EA Account info, or create a new EA Account. Epic Games will install your game and let you know when it’s ready to play. You can unlink your Epic Games account from your EA Account to link it to a different EA Account.
Log in on EA Help or look in your settings to find your EA Account data, like your order history, Game Library, and cases. You can view a lot of your EA Account data on help.ea.com or in your settings.
If you know the email address for the old account and it still exists, it's often fastest and easiest to go through the email provider to reset your password and regain access that way. With access to the email address, you'd be able to update the EA account information fairly quickly as well.
