You can transfer projects in three primary ways -- two recommended and one which also seems to work. EXPORT the project on the source machine into a single project package, and then IMPORT that file (project package) on the target machine.
I’ve found the most reliable way is FILE-EXPORT-YYZ. It creates a single file to copy to your new computer. And then FILE-IMPORT your yyz file!
