See this document: Hide purchases from the App Store; click here --> https://support.apple.com/HT201322. Confusingly it only mentions hiding apps but according to Apple (as Recommended in: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/252760951 ) subscriptions get hidden too.

You can view and manage your subscriptions from Apple and subscriptions that you purchased in apps from the App Store . You can also cancel any subscriptions you no longer want.
1.Go to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions.
2.Do any of the following:
•Change an existing subscription.
•Renew an expired subscription.
•Share an eligible subscription with other family members in your Family Sharing group.
•Turn on Renewal Receipts.
