LIPA is a world leading provider of university-level performing and creative arts training. An international community of creatives, performers, technicians, filmmakers and business people who learn by working together on fully realised productions and projects.

The Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts (LIPA) is a performing arts higher education institution in Liverpool, founded by Paul McCartney and Mark Featherstone-Witty and opened in 1996.

LIPA offers Foundation Certificate courses and BA (hons) degree programmes (validated by Liverpool John Moores University) as well as performing arts classes for 4-19 year olds.
