You can change your clock’s settings, including the date, time, and time zone. You can set how your alarms and timers work, and add clocks for other cities.
Important:
• Your device may use location to determine your time zone.
• If “Use location” is turned off, your device location won’t be used to detect your timezone.
• If “Use location” is turned on, your device location may be used to detect your timezone.
• Some devices only support using location to set the time zone, like Wifi-only tablets. These don’t have a "Use location" setting.

Jan 1, 2022 · I have the same problem. I've changed the region of the roaming clock, I've changed my location on my samsung account and my gmail account, all the toggles in date in time are on and I've restarted my phone. I still have a local time and a home time on my screen.
Dec 21, 2022 · Go to Settings > General management > Date and time. Toggle off Automatic time zone and tap Select time zone. Tap Region and select your region from the list, then select the appropriate time zone. If the date and time are still incorrect, toggle off Automatic date and time and select them manually by tapping Set date and Set time respectively.

Jul 18, 2023 · Do this through Settings > System > Date & time. Select the button next to Set time automatically to trigger it. If this is already turned on, turn it off, restart your phone, and then turn it back on. Set the time manually. It's the reverse of step 2, so return to that screen, turn off Set time automatically, and manually fill out the Time field.
