Resetting the BBPS and/or BBMS password is a three-step process: Warning: If you change your BBPS or BBMS password(s), you must also update ALL of your Blackbaud applications using BBMS or BBPS with the new credentials.
Your organization’s primary contacts and site administrators may reset your Blackbaud Payment Service password or Blackbaud Merchant Services password (s). When they click to reset the password, you will receive an email with a secure link to reset the password online.
