   Nov 6, 2017 · I'm getting reports from one remote user that they cannot get their new iPhone 8 activated with the UEM or BES app. They get to the "Device Activated" screen and then it seems to stop. I don't see any device information on my admin web portal. Does anyone else have a similar experience? Any ideas on a fix? The user is running iOS 11.0.3 Thanks!
