The founder of IMG wanted his company to produce a sports anthology show with a broad international appeal, along the lines of ABC Wide World of Sports.
Feb 1, 2017 · At its peak, the show was broadcast to more than 50 countries across the globe and was narrated by the comfortingly familiar tones of former newsreader Sue Carpenter and Bruce Hammal. Sadly, it no longer has a UK home but there is talk of it returning in this, its 30th year.
