The scene then switches to Dipper talking to Mr. Poolcheck about the lifeguard job, and Poolcheck says he thinks Dipper may be fit, due to his SPF 100 sunscreen. However, Poolcheck also describes the pool as highly unruly and asks Dipper if he thinks he can handle it.
It is what Dipper makes of the ink blot. While he still didn't know Mabel did it by accident, he went on a three day research spree to find out what it could mean. This was his conclussion. After learning how the blot came to be, he dropped it. Doesn't explain about the signs in the blot, though.

In " Weirdmageddon Part 1," Mabel is encased inside a pink prison bubble by Bill and taken to the floating cliffs in Gravity Falls. Dipper, Wendy, and Soos eventually reach the bubble and go inside to find Mabel. Mabel reveals that she doesn't want to leave her new home.
