The Hopman Cup is an international tennis tournament that plays mixed-gender teams on a country-by-country basis. [1] It was first held in Perth, Western Australia each year from 1989 to 2019, played on indoor hardcourt, before being replaced on the calendar in 2020 by the now defunct ATP Cup. [2]
It currently owns the ATP250 tournaments in Antwerp (Belgium) and Buenos Aires (Argentina), as well as the Senior Masters Cup in Spain. Recently, it was awarded the management of the Trofeu Conde de Godó, the ATP500 in Barcelona and has signed its first WTA in Argentina for 2021.
