Oct 4, 2022 · Miners Falls at Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore in Munising, Michigan is a moderate 1.3-mile out-and-back highly-trafficked hike that leads to two viewing platforms of the 50-foot freefall waterfall, Miners Falls.
We found the trail to be wide and, although it had some slope, a fairly gradual and relatively easy hike. It leads to an overlook above the top of the falls, and then, a few minutes down a good number of stairs, another viewing platform that gives you a more straight-on view of the falls.
