In 2016 a museum was opened on the site of the original factory to celebrate the company's 150th anniversary. Called the 'Nest', it is a fascinating world of experience, built to honour the founder and pioneering entrepreneur, Henri Nestlé.

As a multidisciplinary research centre, the Museum showcases our knowledge of Man and Nature. Unique of its kind, the Museum shares its expertise, teaches and disseminates its knowledge to a wide audience.

The whole concept is misleading, as the visitor finds herself exposed to shameless self-advertising of the company, together with some 'chocolate wash' of Nestles actions during WW 2, and the bottled water controversy.
